The first time you login with a new username and password, you will be directed to Establish your TIMS Profile. This ensures that your login will be linked to your information in TIMS. Please enter all information with a red asterisk (*) next to the field and click Continue.
If you receive an error message that the information provided does not match our TIMS database, please contact our office directly at RA-EDCertQuestions@pa.gov. We will need to confirm your name, date of birth, and SSN with our records.
If you have problems entering numbers into a field– please highlight the information, right-click with your mouse, and select either “Cut” or “Delete” to remove the information. You should then have a blank entry again.
